Technology Enhancement Partners, LLC (TEPartners) is a technology development company. It is run by seasoned engineers highly skilled in both management and digital processing disciplines – supported by a large group of Associates with considerable talent in software/firmware development and in hardware design, development and production.

TEPartners is now pursuing two new product ventures. The first is the development of a microcircuit module that can be easily added to a standard computer system to convert it from a highly vulnerable system to a fully secure system. The modified computer system will maintain the same standards of performance originally built into the computer. The module design is based on a patented technology, called Leviathan™, that employs a balance of both hardware and software in the only way that can truly protect the computer system from the time it is turned on, through all of its operations and until it is safely shut down – without requiring a unique motherboard or Operating System.

The second venture is the development of a family of communication subsystem add-ons based on the soon to be patented H.Code™ algorithms and implementation architectures. These units, often implemented on a single FPGA IC or a single Application Specific IC, can be added to any new or existing communication system to endow them with multiple burst and random forward error correction (FEC) capability. In addition to the inherent low cost of implementation FEC Units implemented using H.Code algorithms can require very low communication overhead and can run at very high data rates.
